I work with organisations looking to improve the engagement and performance of groups and teams.  Too often the diversity of thinking and wisdom in teams is overlooked, as we scramble to meet targets and deadlines. I can help with internal capacity building, understanding difference, resolving conflict and building collaboration.   I create bespoke workshops, designed to address organisational needs.    Some examples are listed below.

  • Transforming how organisations hold meetings - creating Time to Think (https://www.timetothink.com) thinking environments to encourage curiosity, promote inclusion and diversity, and to inspire and stimulate thinking.

  • Supporting improved employee relations and partnership working by helping people to ‘walk in each others shoes’, strengthening personal connection and appreciation.

  • Using psychometric tools including MBTI and Belbin team types to help people to recognise difference, contribution and how to navigate likely flash points.

  • Building internal coaching and mentoring capacity to support cultural change, including supporting learning arising from apprenticeship programmes.

  • Introducing action learning approaches to enable teams to hold each other to account with generosity and purpose, to build greater self regulation within the team or group.

I am based in London, and work across the UK - subject to travel and agreed expenses.
