I work with organisations seeking to support their leaders and future leaders and coach self-funded individuals looking for thinking space to work out how to bring more of their true selves to their work.  I offer a range of coaching solutions to suit personal learning styles and organisational needs, for example:

  • one to one coaching contracts established for a renewable period of time. For example, three month contracts including a monthly 90 minute session, plus additional support by email and telephone between sessions to spot coach on critical issues. This approach is particularly suited to new leaders looking to establish themselves in new or evolving roles, or those managing organisational change.

  • one to one 3-6 month coaching programmes. These programmes typically include monthly 90 minute sessions with an optional self-assessment questionnaire and report to deepen self awareness. These programmes work particularly well for new managers transitioning from specialist to people manager roles, or anyone new to coaching who is keen to learn more about themselves and how they can grow into their potential.

  • ad hoc one off sessions. These are particularly helpful as a ‘top up’ for former clients, or for people who need support on a specific issue. People often seek me out to prepare for a key interview, to help them to resolve an interpersonal conflict, or to help them through a specific organisational change issue.

I offer a free ‘chemistry’ phone call and can suggest other associates, should there seem to be a better ‘fit’ elsewhere in my network.   I work face to face in London or by telephone/video.
