I draw on a rich mix of experience of working with people in complex organisations - spanning roles in people management, learning and organisational development, coaching and mentoring, employee relations, employee engagement, mediation and facilitation, primarily in the public and not for profit sectors.  My approach is equally influenced by meditation and mindfulness, drawing on my own practice to introduce simple techniques, to set a relaxed mood and enhance learning.  

I have a strong appreciation of nature and am committed to environmental issues, to collaboration and to compassion in the workplace. I often use objects, imagery and physical space in my work to encourage people to reconnect with their own creative thinking and to access deep personal insights.  We all have an innate ability to create meaning from the information our senses receive, yet as adults we can forget how to engage this more holistic way of thinking.  It is a skill we can refresh.
