My career spans over 30 years in people management, leadership development, learning and organisational development roles in the public and not for profit sectors.  With an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, I trained as a coach initially with the CIPD/OCM in 2009 and as an executive coach with the Performance Coach (now TPC Leadership) in 2017.  I  hold individual Senior Coach Practitioner accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, subscribing to the EMCC Code of Ethics which can be found here www.emccouncil.org.  I am also an accredited Coaching Supervisor, holding a Diploma in Coaching Supervision with the Coaching Supervision Academy.

My work is also influenced by my training as a Time to Think facilitator (https://www.timetothink.com) as a licensed MBTI Step 1 practitioner, a workplace mediator, Belbin team type practitioner www.belbin.com and by my interests in mindfulness, up-cyling found objects and wild life gardening.  

Clients include: Civil Service, humanitarian charities, Local Government, NGO’s, NHS, SME’s and trade unions.
